Reviews

Great cup!

"We love this cup so far! It's cute and has held up well to daily use. We purchased the chug cap and have not yet used the straw lid. It would be neat to be able to chose your preferred lid, there is likely a lot of waste with unused default caps."

— Katherine M. (5/5)

Perfect for kids!

"This water bottle is great for kids! Easy to twist open, secure top that doesn't spill, and durable when it is dropped (or thrown...) Couldn't be happier with it!"

Leaky cap

— Laura J. (3/5)

Great product

"Love the size but do not fit in my car seat cup holders which is a con. Great quality and easy to clean. The lids are a bit difficult to unscrew to take off but they are definitely leak proof which is great!"

it's a great design, but does leak a bit.

Q&A

Are there any irreplaceable parts that may break when dropped?: Hey Kenny, do you mean for the bottle or the lid? The Twist Cap can be disassembled into 4 pieces (plus straw) for easy cleaning or in the dish washer. You can contact us should you lose or break any of these individual pieces. Thanks!
Does this fit in a standard car cup holder?: Hi, Cait, yes, this bottle should fit in a standard cup holder. My 16oz, which is the same diameter, works in my car. Thanks!
I have some questions regarding the ”not recommended for hot beverages”. I’ve understood that it’s due to the metal straw. Is it cause the straw gets very hot? The top is silicon though right? Also wanted to ask, the bottle can be used with hot beverages if used with one of the caps recommended for hot beverages right? (Like the insulated cap or the cafe cap): Natalie, You are correct. The stainless steel part of the straw can heat up and be hot to the touch, for instance, if you were to take the cap off to clean. Also, drinking very hot liquids from a straw can be trickier than sipping and cause a burn to the tongue. We note these cautions, so that you will be aware. The bottle itself can be used with several different lids, some of which are fine for hot beverages. Hope this helps!
What is the black rubbery straw that I drink from made out of on the twist cap?: Hi, Our straw tips are made from medical grade silicone.
Good Afternoon Can the Insulated TKWide 12 oz (355ml) with Twist Cap ( kids bottle - camo) be used with hot water in it. Looking at this for my child but would be changing the lid to café style.: Hi Megan, thanks for reaching out, this bottle can definitely be used with hot water- we do not recommend using hot water with the Twist Cap as it is a straw lid. If you are going to change this for the Café Cap the heat will be retained for up to 11 hours and 38 hours while iced. Hope this helps!
