Warranty Return / Replacement
We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each Klean Kanteen and back our products with a Strong-as-Steel™ Guarantee which covers manufacturer's defects. If you think any of your Klean Kanteen products have a manufacturer defect please fill out the form below. You may be asked to return the product to Klean Kanteen for our quality assurance team so please retain the defective product until the warranty claim is closed.
We offer a 1-year warranty period that starts from the purchase date stated on your receipt that covers any manufacturer faults.Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, misuse of product, such as damage from placing bottles in a freezer, are not covered under the Klean Kanteen Strong-as-Steel Guarantee. Lost or stolen items are also not covered under the Strong-as-Steel Guarantee.

For warranty claims to be processed, you will need to provide proof of purchase for your item, so please include this when you return your item via registered post.
Our warranty is simple; submit the online form then send us your item via registered post, including the allocated Job Number you will be supplied on completion of the warranty form. Alternatively, you can take your warranty return item to one of our drop-off partner stores in Sydney and Melbourne. Warranty item drop-offs cannot be made directly at our Australian office or warehouse.Start your Warranty claim
