Close but no cigar

"I LOVE the color pattern I received and overall the functionality of the tumbler, and the holding capacity is great. However, something about the structure/design could be improved - I had the tumbler less than a week when I dropped it from a low distance resulting in immediate paint chipping and two dents, which prevented the tumbler from standing up right anymore. Big bummer as they do not accept refunds for dings and dents but it seems this cup might be more prone to them/less sturdy. Just my two cents! I still use it but I don’t take it inside places. It’s forever my “car cup” now. I fill it up and sip on the road :)"

Love the tumbler - hate the straw

"I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The only remark would be regarding the straw, the rubber material at the top attracts fuzz, hair, and holds onto lipstick/gloss. It is pretty off putting to me but I switched to another plastic straw that I have (unrelated to the Klean Kanteen company) and I am back to loving the tumbler."

Love the tumbler, not the base

"I love this tumbler. However it's fallen a couple of times from my desk and the base has been crumpled so it doesn't stand up properly anymore when placed on a flat surface. Perhaps it's because it was the earliest model of it? Other than that I love this tumbler and the different ways to drink from it. Keeps things cold on the hottest days."

Perfect Car Tumbler

"I've been searching for a nice big tumbler that would still fit in my cupholder, because somehow we keep ending up with water bottles that are too big for my car. I saw that some of the coffee cups had reviews about leaking, but I haven't had that problem at all with these tumblers yet. I like that there's a straw but also another opening for a bigger drink. . . my husband chugs his water so he really appreciates this feature."

Nice tumbler, a few small flaws

"I love this tumbler for drinking seltzers out of. Keeps me hydrated. Plus I love the customized engraving. The downside to this is that it is very large so if you have a little car, this just won't work in a cup holder. Also, the paint around the top rim is already chipped. Still, the light blue is a great color, it holds 2 cans of seltzer plus ice, and I like it a lot. Glad I got it on sale."
