At last…a company with good ole backup service
"We love the thermos and the backup service is incredible. We had a very old one which was not holding heat and after contacting the co they replaced it…don’t get that kind of service much at all anymore."
Lack of replacement seals is a big problem
"I loved this flask and used it frequently, but after a couple of years use, the seals no longer work and the flask does not retain its heat. I have been told by kleenkanteen that they do not supply new seals. Not good enough. I do not recommend this flask as it is a very expensive waste of resources."
Poor parts replacement
"Fantastic product, but don't loose the bottom seal. They cannot be replaced and thus render an excellent product useless. Very strange not to be able to replace easily lost parts."
Great insulated flask
"Flask arrived on time and as specified. This is an excellent, sturdy, large flask, with stopper lid that will pour without having to be completely removed, which makes losing the stopper less likely. The cup lid is good too. Just remember to have a long handled brush for washing."
Best insulated bottle ever!
"I use this every day and love it, It's the best thermal bottle I've ever owned and I've owned dozens. I purchased this to replace my broken Vargo unit of the same size (the plastic lid broke and Vargo couldn't replace it). Not only does it out perform the Vargo unit, but its much better made and durable. It gives me at least 24hrs of hot water as there have been times I've gone to refill it in the morning and the water in it is still hot. The lid is stainless steal so I don't think I'll be able to break this one. Easy to clean and you only need to unscrew the lid three times and pour with the lid still on. This is worth every cent and I can highly recommend this to any one who uses there thermos a lot and needs a quality unit."

- Dear sir/madam I bought this insulated Tkpro 32oz less than a year and no longer keep the water hot after 8hrs. FYI this is my second time to encounter this situation. Kindly advise

- Hi David, the 1 star review on this product seems to be a fault, this reviewer was encouraged to take advantage of our warranty period as the product will be replaced completely if faulty. This product is stainless steel and vacuum insulated, the only reason that heat will be lost throughout the time period would be through opening and closing the vessel often or a fault in the lid. Something to also note is if you drop your vessel this can damage the vacuum insulation as well.
