We offer a 1-year warranty period that starts from the purchase date stated on your receipt that covers any manufacturer faults. Unfortunately, damage that occurs from use of your product is not covered under warranty (such as dropping your Klean Kanteen, causing a dent). If you are unsure, please send photos of your product to our customer service team and we will assist.
For warranty claims to be processed, you will need to provide proof of purchase for your item, so please include this with the paperwork below.

2. Please PRINT it and include your faulty item and post back to us.
We suggest you register the package with Australia post for tracking purposes, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
